Although it is situated high up in this peaceful and tranquil location, La Arganosa is not isolated. It is on the edge of the Asturian farming village of Villaverde and is a ten minute drive to the larger village of Santillan, with a restaurant, bank, bakery, National Park Information Centre and pharmacy. |

The lively and attractive town of Cangas de Onis can be reached in twenty five minutes and some of northern Spain’s most beautiful beaches are only forty minutes’ drive away.
